WHPlace cannot be held responsible/liable for any type of content/information on our servers.

2 - Content on the accounts

It's extremely forbidden the use of exploits, cracks, hacks, heavy downloads (if more than 100Mb), game servers, shoutcast, proxy's, or any other software that can damage the server or others.

3 - Spam

Using our servers and network in order to send unsolicited and/oror undesired bulk electronic messages is not allowed. If such a use of our services were to be found and/or reported to us, your account would be terminated immediately.

4 - Pornographic and Pedophilia

We don't allow any adult and / or pedophilia content on our servers, or any other indication to external websites (links, etc)

5 - Backups

We run daily backups, but we recommend that our clients run their own backups with some regularity.We are not responsible for any data loss on our servers.

6 - Abuse

If we find that an account is abusing of our servers, we have the right to terminate it without any notification.

6 - Information by our users

The users guarantee that all their information that is given is truth.

7 - Copyright

We don't allow the hosting of any copyrighted material on this service.
